Who we are
Design2Dine started in 2006. Our office is in Garsfontein, Pretoria, but we design kitchens, etc for companies in Cape Town, Citrusdal and in the Helderberg basin.
Elizna Meyer worked at a few kitchen companies as designer and consultant. She has a good knowledge of finishes, new trends and built in cupboards. She studied B. Consumer Science (Housing) at the University of Stellenbosch.
What we do
Design2Dine…
- creates three dimensional designs of kitchens, bathrooms, bedroom cupboards, bars or wall units
- helps you choose finishes
- gets quotations for selected cupboards at two different cupboard factories
- will supply you with the plans and elevations on scale.
All this is done professionally. Client satisfaction is our top priority.
Why use us
It is better to function separately from the cupboard builders. Working like this allows us to provide better service. We will give you advice on the best finishes on the market for the best price, as we do not have big overheads to pay. Our company is very strict on quality, and will show you the things that is wrong when the cupboards are installed. The client comes first, not the factory. Design2Dine has very good knowledge of the industry to give you the best advice on finishes and appliances, etc. If you have the privilege to plan a new kitchen, do it according to your needs, who you are, and according to the life stage in which you currently are. Design2Dine will help and assist you in every aspect.
We use software called “Winner” from Compusoft. Winner is one of the best software packages available for interior design on the market. This means that we design your plans and elevations on scale and in 3D, giving you a better perspective and idea of how your kitchen will look and function. The elevations help with the proper layout of electrical and water points, making the building process should go smoother.
How we work
To start off, tell us about your project. If you decide to use us, we will work on an hourly basis at very affordable rates. Contact us for a quotation.
We can also manage your project for you. In this way it will go smoother and you don’t have to sort out all the problems. If we manage your project, we will charge a extra fee as a percentage of the project cost.
Please note that the above-mentioned management includes only the cupboard part, not the plumming, painting, or electrical work, etc.
